Visitors
to Mustang will often think of it as a Tibetan-like waterless
expanse protected from the outside. Incredibly it is this
fact that has added interest in the area. The Nepalese
Government has imposed a surcharge for anyone wishing
to trek past Kagbeni, the border of Upper Mustang. The
capital of the Mustang district is Jomsom, but the actual
Tibetan-style district is situated on the north of Kagbeni
and is referred to as Upper Mustang. Mustang has an average
elevation of 13,200ft/4,023m and is situated to the north
of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna and therefore lies to the
north of the main Himalayan range and geographically is
part of the highlands of Tibet . It is an enormous elevated
parched gorge, set apart by craggy ravines, multihued
stratified rock structures and has a infertile, appearance.
One of the most fascinating features of Mustang is thousands
of cliff houses. Mustang trek is very much different from
that of Annapurna Circuit and Dhaulagiri but it offers
the same pleasure and awe to all its visitors |

Itinerary |

Day 01: Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport
(TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative,
and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel de l' Annapurna or similar hotel, inclusive of dinner and breakfast. |

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu
valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath,
and Kathmandu durbar square). Your arrival to Tribhuwan
International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our
Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel. Overnight
at hotel de l' Annapurna or similar hotel, inclusive of lunch, dinner and breakfast.

03: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 4-5 hours scenice
drive by Private Car / van. Overnight at Fishtail Lodge or similar, inclusivce of breakfast, lunch and dinner. |

Day 04: Flight Pokhara - Jomsom, and trek
to Kagbeni, Overnight at tented camp.

Tour
cost: USD 2570.00 per person (minimum group size

Cost includes:
* Transfer to and from International airport
by car / van.
* 3 nights accommodation at hotel de l' Annapurna or similar hotel in Kathmandu, inclusive of breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
* Escorted city tour by tour guide in Kathmandu inclusive
of car / van, all entry permits.
* Meals during the trek
* 2 nights accommodation at Fishtail Lodge or similar in Pokhara, inclusive of full board meal
*An experienced Guide (trained by Ministry of tourism),
required number of porters, their food, accommodation,
salary, insurance, equipments.
* Surface transportation to and from Kathmandu by private
car / Mini van / Mini Bus.
* Full board meal (veg. / non veg.) prepared by our expert
cook.
* Trekking equipment (two men tent, dining tent, kitchen
tent, Table with chairs, kitchen utensils, Down sleeping
bag / Jackets, walking sticks, and other necessary equipments
during the trek).
* Special Trekking Permit US$ 700 per person for 10 days
(the above price includes 10 days valid trekking permit
from Kagbeni to Kagbeni. If you would wish to stay more
than 10 days in restricted area, you are subjected to
extra charge for extra days (US$ 90 per day / per person).
* Annapurna conservation permit, and all necessary permits.
* Domestic fare (Pokhara - Jomsom - Pokhara)
The above price doesn't include:
* Your travel insurance (upon you booking the tour with
us, you are advised to send us a copy of your insurance
policy).
* International air fare to and from Nepal.
* Nepal visa fee (US$ 30 for single entry visa valid for
60 days.
* Disembarkation Airport Tax in Nepal - approx. US$ 24.
* Items of a personal nature such as alcoholic drinks,
cold drinks, laundry.
