When is
the best time to visit Bhutan? |
Bhutan is fine to visit throughout
a year, but strictly speaking the month of March, April,
May (spring season) and September, October, November
(autumn season) are more favorable. In the Spring and
Autumn, weather & visibility becomes pleasant and
also an ideal time to observe most of the greatest festival
of Bhutan and flourishing plants that surely add beauty
to your trip to Bhutan. |

| How far in advance
do I have to sign up for the tours? |
Spring and Autumn
season are the hot travel time in Bhutan thus reservation
of flight and hotel room need to be confirmed in advance
for tours during the time. You are requested to confirm
booking at least 3 months prior to the trip leaving
date. |

How can I pay
for my tour and what is booking terms and conditions?

Payment can be made
by credit card, cheque or through bank transfer. For

we would be pleased to plan your tour itinerary that
meets your personal interest and time frame. But while
planning any tour itinerary, we should bear in mind,
the flight schedule for to and from Paro. |

No, all tour programs
to Bhutan are designed as private basis trip. No other
individual will be traveling with you expect your trip
companion, accompanied by your own English-speaking
guide, driver. |

How can
I purchase Druk Air tickets? |
In order to ensure availability, Druk
air reservation should be made well in advance that
is handled by us. The tickets are handover to you whist
you arrive in Kathmandu. In case if you are traveling
directly to Bhutan without visiting Kathmandu, the tickets
will be forwarded to you via express mail which you
can receive within 7 days of mailing. Provided you have
only limited time in hand, we will directly mail your
tickets to the Druk Air office at the airport of your
embarkation town. |

The Druk Air
fare for economy class is:

And there is a Druk Air passenger

How can
I obtain a visa for Bhutan? |
Visa is approved in advance and a
visa clearance number is issued by the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Bhutan. All pre-formalities regarding the
visa procedures are handled by us on behalf of you.
Without visa clearance number, no tourists are entitled
to get entry into Bhutan or board the Druk air flight.
Once your travel date and trip is confirmed, you should
clear off your trip payment including Druk Air fares
in order to issue a visa clearance number. A copy of
your passport copy should be e-mailed or faxed or posted
out to us in advance. We must submit Visa applications
at least three weeks ahead of your trip departure date
to allow time for processing. Upon your arrival at the
Paro airport, actual visa is stamped. At the time, you
need to produce initial visa clearance number. Advised,
please bring two passport size pictures of each traveler
too. |

How much
does it cost to visit Bhutan and what is included? |
In
Bhutan, the tourist tariff is set by the Goverment with
an all-inclusive packages structure. |

The
Goverment fixed package tariff for tourists visiting
in a group of 3 persons or more are as follows: |

| For the months of March,
April, May, September, October and November = US$ 135
per person per night.

Government
Tax = US$ 65 per person per night. |
|
For the months of
January, February, June, July, August and December
= US$ 115 per person per night.
|
Government
Tax = US$ 55 per person per night. |

This tariff is the
same for Cultural tours, Treks or any other Special
Interest Tours. |

These minimum
daily rates are inclusive of the following services: |

at A class hotel on twin sharing basis.

(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).

Land transport
within Bhutan by deluxe car / van / Jeep.

and experienced guide services.

Entry fees

as per the tour program.

tourists and smaller groups of less than 3 persons are
subject to the following surcharges, over and above

FIT surcharge for
2 pax = US$ 20 per person per night. |

for 3 pax and above. |
